Getting onto the Pegnumi network is not easy. That's deliberate. Every tradesperson who works under our name has cleared a rigorous, multi-stage compliance process managed by Darren Jones — ex-contractor, compliance specialist, someone who's seen every trick in the book.

Every job dispatched, tracked and documented in real time. 24/7, across every UK & Ireland postcode. This is the network operating right now.
Every completed job generates a full evidence trail — documentation your team can use immediately, without further work. This is where most contractor networks fail. We built it as the product.
Pegnumi runs on a proprietary AI operations layer. From the moment you instruct, the system is working — matching contractors, monitoring compliance, tracking SLAs and learning from every job. This is what lets a lean, expert team deliver at enterprise scale — faster and with more visibility than any traditional network.
Four years of network building. 450+ vetted, performing subcontractors don't appear overnight. Every one passed our compliance process, every one has a job history in our system. That's the moat.
The compliance infrastructure is the product. CHAS Premium Plus, Living Wage enforcement, AI-monitored insurance expiry, performance scoring — this took years to build and it runs constantly. A competitor can't copy it in a quarter.
The model is genuinely different. Contractors set their own rates. We take a finder's fee. This attracts better contractors than any network that squeezes margin — and better contractors mean better jobs, which means clients stay. A flywheel a race-to-the-bottom competitor cannot replicate.
We built this differently. Pegnumi is a direct rejection of the race to the bottom — the agencies that squeeze contractors, the networks that overpromise, the operators who treat tradespeople as disposable.
Our contractors set their own rates. We take a finder's fee — transparent, consistent, always disclosed. They keep the rest. Power to the workers isn't a slogan. It's the commercial model.
The Living Wage is the floor, not the ceiling. Every subcontractor on our network signs a commitment before activation. We enforce it. No exceptions, no excuses.
We like profit and make no apology for it. A sustainable, well-run business pays its contractors fairly, serves its clients well and builds infrastructure that lasts. That's what we're doing.
Real Living Wage enforced across the network. Prompt payment — always on agreed terms. Contractors set their own rates; we never negotiate them down. Disability Confident employer. Fair work isn't a procurement box. It's how we operate.
Carbon Literacy certified team. AI-optimised routing reduces unnecessary vehicle miles. Local contractors prioritised to cut travel footprint. Operational carbon tracked and reduced year on year. Net zero roadmap in development.
CHAS Premium Plus. Full supply chain transparency — every contractor named, verified and monitored. Modern slavery policy. Anti-bribery framework. IR35 compliance embedded. Finder's fee model — clear, disclosed, consistent. We govern the way we'd want to be governed.
At 450 subcontractors, Pegnumi is a network. At 2,000 it becomes a platform. At 5,000 it's infrastructure — the single layer through which any building in the UK can be maintained, repaired and reported on. The AI layer, the client dashboard, the compliance engine — these aren't features. They're the foundation of something much larger. Every job makes the network stronger. Every contractor added improves coverage. Every client served validates the model. We're at the beginning.
References available on request for every sector. We respect commercial confidentiality and don't publish client names publicly. Ask and we'll match you with the right reference.

Every procurement director and operations manager has the same five questions. We've answered them here, directly.
Nine specialists running an operation that consistently delivers above its weight. Every call answered by someone who knows this industry from the inside. The team is the product.
Founder and strategic lead. Built Pegnumi on a managed model that works for clients, contractors and tradespeople simultaneously. Drives the AI infrastructure, commercial architecture and the relentless push for operational excellence.
The engine room. Rhys runs day-to-day dispatch operations — every job matched, every SLA tracked, every client updated. The reason our 4-hour SLA is a commitment, not a target.
Pegnumi's front line into new markets. Ed builds partnerships, opens doors and makes the commercial case for managed network delivery. Deep sector relationships across FM, housing and insurance.
Handles multi-trade programmes, complex reinstatements and technically demanding works. Also Pegnumi's CHAS-certified H&S competent person. If a job is complicated, Simon leads it.
Ex-contractor turned compliance lead. Darren's run his own firm and seen every corner-cutting approach in the industry. He built our vetting process specifically to stop it. Also heads out-of-hours call operations.
Specialist lead for all external fabric — roofing, cladding, facades, groundworks, drainage. Charlie manages contractor relationships and quality standards for everything that touches the outside of a building.
Owns all internal trade delivery — plumbing, electrical, joinery, plastering, decoration, flooring. Owain ensures the quality bar for internal works matches the expectation of every client we serve.
Manages all client billing, subcontractor payments and financial administration. The reason invoices are accurate, payments are on time and our Living Wage commitment is enforced throughout the supply chain.
Strategic financial oversight ensuring the business operates with institutional rigour. Invoice-only model, payment terms matched, financial governance at every level of the operation.
We're always looking for skilled, properly insured tradespeople who want well-managed work — without the hassle, without the pressure, and without anyone squeezing your rates.
Tell us what you manage, your coverage gaps and your SLA requirements. One conversation. No lengthy onboarding. No upfront cost. You can be live the same day.
"One conversation adds 450 vetted trades to your supply chain — at zero upfront cost."
